Who might be able to join this trial:
For patients:
- People who are Veterans
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been newly diagnosed with lung, prostate, breast, or colon cancer within the past 3 months of a telemedicine visit
- People who have attended an oncology (cancer care) appointment at a Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) during the study period
For healthcare providers and staff:
- Doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or nurses who work at one of the participating Veterans Affairs Medical Centers
- Providers or staff members who have helped care for at least 5 Veterans with cancer in the past 6 months at a VAMC location
Who may not be able to join:
For patients:
- Veterans who have not seen any VA healthcare providers in the past year
- People who were diagnosed with lung, prostate, breast, or colon cancer before this study
- People who are currently pregnant
For healthcare providers and staff:
- Providers or staff members who do not help treat Veterans with the specified cancers in oncology at a VA facility
