  • People who did not receive chemotherapy before surgery
  • People whose cancer has spread to distant parts of the body
  • People who have cancer in both breasts at the same time
  • People whose imaging or tissue tests showed cancer spread to the lymph nodes behind the breastbone before starting treatment
  • People who have had, or currently have, a second type of cancer — with some exceptions, such as certain non-serious skin cancers, papillary or follicular thyroid cancer, cervical carcinoma in situ, or non-invasive cancer in the other breast (confirm with trial site)
