Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are aged 70 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer (stage III or IV), confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test
- People who have never previously been treated with a type of cancer drug called a PARP inhibitor, and who are now starting this type of treatment for the first time as a maintenance therapy
- People who are expected to live for more than 3 months

- People who are unable to swallow oral tablets or capsules
- People who are already participating in another drug trial that does not allow joining additional trials at the same time
- People who are unable to attend their regular scheduled medical appointments, due to where they live, their personal situation, or psychological reasons
- People who have had another type of cancer (separate from the ovarian cancer described above) that was treated but is not yet considered fully cured for at least 2 years — however, people with any of the following may still be considered eligible (confirm with trial site):
- A type of slow-growing skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma, or a non-invasive skin squamous cell carcinoma
- Early-stage cervical cancer (stage 1B or lower)
- Non-invasive superficial bladder cancer
