Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) confirmed by a laboratory tissue test
  • People whose disease is at an advanced stage
  • People who have at least one area of disease that can be measured or tracked using scans or tests
  • People who are older than 18 years of age, of any gender, and who are expected to live for more than 3 months
  • People who are willing to take part and have read, understood, and signed a consent form

  • People who have aggressive NK-cell leukemia
  • People whose disease has spread to the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord)

  • People who have had an allergic reaction to the study drug, similar drugs, or any of their ingredients
  • People who have had major surgery on an organ within the last 6 weeks (not including minor procedures such as biopsies)
  • People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or people of childbearing potential who are unwilling to use contraception during the trial
  • People who have an active infection, other than a fever caused by symptoms related to the lymphoma itself
  • People with a known history of HIV infection and/or AIDS
