  • You have had an infection in the past 2 weeks that required treatment with antibiotics, antiviral, antifungal, or antiparasitic medicines taken by mouth or injection
  • You currently have an active bacterial, fungal, or viral skin infection (such as cold sores, shingles, or chickenpox)
  • You have HIV, active hepatitis C, active hepatitis B (above a certain level), or an active syphilis infection
  • You have a significant or uncontrolled heart condition (such as unstable chest pain, recent heart attack, heart failure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure)
  • You have a serious or uncontrolled condition affecting major organs or body systems (such as the lungs, liver, kidneys, or nervous system) that may affect your safety or the study results
  • You have a mental health condition such as anxiety or depression that may affect your ability to follow the study requirements
  • You have a history of cancer
  • You have any other serious uncontrolled illness that could affect your safety or ability to participate
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • There is any other reason the study doctor believes it would not be safe or appropriate for you to join (confirm with trial site)
