  • You have had a serious infection that required a hospital stay or an intravenous (drip) antibiotic or antiviral treatment within the past month
  • You have previously taken any medication that specifically targets a part of the immune system called IL-17 or its receptor
  • You have recently used certain biological medicines (medicines made from living cells) and have not waited long enough since stopping them — the required waiting period varies by drug (confirm with trial site)
  • You have a history of inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) or another serious autoimmune condition
  • You have previously been diagnosed with a serious mental health condition such as severe anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts or behaviour
