Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are male and older than 18 years of age
• You are able to carry out basic daily activities with minimal or no limitations (confirm with trial site regarding activity level assessment)
• You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer responding to hormone-lowering treatments, confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy or removed prostate tissue)
• You have previously been treated with at least one chemotherapy regimen containing taxane drugs, and at least one newer type of hormone therapy
• You are currently receiving treatment to lower testosterone levels, with very low testosterone in your blood, or you have had surgical removal of the testicles
• Your prostate cancer is getting worse, shown by rising PSA blood test levels over time, new or growing tumours on scans, or new spots appearing on bone scans
• You have at least one area where cancer has spread (to bones, lymph nodes, or organs), confirmed by scans taken within the last 43 days before joining the trial
• A special scan called a PSMA PET scan confirms that your cancer is suitable for a type of treatment that targets the PSMA protein on cancer cells
• Your blood counts, liver, and kidneys are working well enough to safely participate (confirm specific levels with trial site)
• You are able to give your free and informed agreement to take part in the trial
• You are covered by a social security or health insurance scheme (confirm with trial site, as this may be specific to the country where the trial is running)

Who may not be able to join:

• You are currently still taking a newer type of hormone therapy drug
• You have had another type of cancer in the past 3 years that could affect your life expectancy or make it hard to assess your prostate cancer

• You have a physical or mental health condition that could interfere with the study's goals or assessments
• You are unable to understand or follow the study's instructions and requirements

• You have a blocked bladder outlet or uncontrollable urinary leakage at the same time

• You have active and symptomatic cancer that has spread to the brain
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial, or have taken an experimental treatment within 28 days before joining this trial
• The only tissue sample available for your prostate cancer diagnosis comes from a spread (metastatic) site rather than the prostate itself
• You have received certain types of bone-targeting radiation treatments (such as Radium-223 or similar) within the 6 months before joining the trial
• You have previously been treated with any radioactive drug that targets the PSMA protein
• You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any of the treatments used in this trial or similar drugs
• You have recently had a blood transfusion or received bone marrow stimulating injections specifically to meet the blood count requirements for this trial
