Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women aged 80 years old or younger
- People with a general health status rated as fully active or able to carry out light work (confirm with trial site)
- People who have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer through a tissue biopsy, with known results for ER, PR, HER2, and KI67 tumour markers, and whose cancer has been confirmed to have spread to lymph nodes above the collarbone on the same side as the breast cancer

- People who have no major medical reasons preventing them from having surgery or radiation therapy
- People who are able to follow the study plan, as judged by the research team
- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial, provided the research team determines it will not interfere with this study

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose breast cancer has spread to distant parts of the body (Stage IV or metastatic cancer)
- People who have cancer in both breasts
- People who have already received radiation therapy or surgery (other than a needle biopsy) to the affected lymph nodes above the collarbone before joining the trial
- People with a history of breast cancer or any other cancer, except for those who have been fully cured of certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical cancer
- People with serious heart, brain, liver, or kidney conditions that would make surgery or radiation therapy too risky
- People with a history of immune system problems, including a positive HIV diagnosis, other immune deficiency conditions, or a history of organ transplant
- People with other serious health conditions that could interfere with the planned treatment, or anyone the research team considers unsuitable for any other reason
