Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a performance status score of 0 or 1 on the ECOG scale, meaning they are fully active or have only minor limitations in physical activity (confirm with trial site)
- People newly diagnosed (within the last 6 months) with a type of blood cancer called Ph-negative B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (B-ALL), whose cancer went into remission after standard chemotherapy, who have completed at least one round of consolidation treatment, and who still have a small but detectable level of cancer cells remaining in the bone marrow

- People with no major problems with organ function (such as the heart, liver, or kidneys)
- People who are willing and medically suitable to undergo a procedure where their own stem cells are collected, stored, and later returned to their body
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose diagnosis is Burkitt lymphoma/leukaemia, a certain mixed type of leukaemia, or a leukaemia that has developed from a chronic blood condition called chronic myeloid leukaemia
- People who, at the time of assessment, have 5% or more abnormal blast cells in the bone marrow or blood, or who have leukaemia that has spread outside the bone marrow
- People who have previously received a specialised immune cell therapy called CAR-T cell therapy, or who have previously had a stem cell transplant using donor cells
- People who have a genetic condition linked to bone marrow failure, such as Fanconi anaemia, Kostmann syndrome, Shwachman syndrome, or any similar inherited bone marrow condition
