Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are able to understand and voluntarily sign a consent form agreeing to take part
- People aged between 18 and 70 years (inclusive)
- People who have a type of blood cancer called large B-cell lymphoma that tests positive for a marker called CD19, and who have not yet received any treatment for it
- People whose doctors expect them to survive for at least 12 weeks
- People whose bone marrow is functioning well enough before a blood cell collection procedure called apheresis
- People whose organs (such as liver and kidneys) are functioning at an appropriate level
- People with a physical fitness score of 0 or 1 on a standard medical scale (meaning fully active or able to carry out light activities) (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had an allergic reaction to any component of the cell product used in this trial
- People who have previously had a stem cell transplant
- People who have previously had an organ transplant
- People who currently have an active infection
- People who have a current or past history of nervous system disorders affecting the brain or spinal cord
- People who have previously been treated with other types of modified T-cell therapies
- People who have previously received treatments that target a protein called CD19, including anti-CD19/CD3 therapies
- People who have another type of cancer, other than the one this trial is designed to treat
- People who have previously received any immune checkpoint therapy
- People who have a history of using short-acting cell growth factors or blood-stimulating medications (confirm with trial site)
- People who have received a live vaccine within the 3 months before screening
