Who may not be able to join:
- You have ever had a tear in a coronary artery or the main artery leaving your heart (coronary artery dissection or aortic dissection)
- You have ever had a neurological condition such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or another brain-related illness
- You have ever had a stroke or disease affecting the blood vessels in the brain
- You have ever had an aneurysm (a dangerous bulge in a blood vessel)
- You currently have moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (a serious lung condition)
- You currently have moderate to severe asthma that is not well controlled
- You currently have moderate to severe bronchiectasis (a long-term lung condition affecting the airways)
- You currently have moderate to severe scarring or inflammation of the lungs that requires extra oxygen
- You currently need supplemental (extra) oxygen for any reason
- You are currently experiencing new or worsening heart failure symptoms
- You currently have right-side heart disease caused by a chronic lung condition or sleep apnea
- You currently have uncontrolled reduced blood flow to the heart or chest pain (angina)
- You currently have uncontrolled irregular heart rhythms
- You currently have an infection of the heart or lungs, such as myocarditis or pericarditis
- You currently have a significant blockage in a specific major heart artery (left main coronary artery)
- You currently have moderate to severe narrowing of the aortic heart valve
- You currently have blood clots in the lungs or related conditions
- You currently have severe breathing difficulties
- You currently have chronic kidney disease
- You currently have chronic liver disease
- You are a woman of childbearing age who is pregnant (a urine pregnancy test will be done at the first visit to check)
- Your body mass index (BMI) is over 40
- The study equipment is unable to get a clear enough reading of blood flow in your brain (confirm with trial site)
