Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children and young people aged 4 years old or older, but younger than 18 years old, at the time of joining the trial
- People who received radiation therapy to part or all of the brain for cancer or a blood cancer before the age of 16
- People for whom the radiation therapy finished 5 years ago or less
- People whose cancer is in remission after completing all cancer treatments, or whose disease has been stable without any treatment for 2 or more years

- People whose radiation treatment records show that a specific area of the brain involved in hormone regulation (the hypothalamic-pituitary axis) received a very low radiation dose, suggesting it was largely protected
- People who had a known hormone problem related to the hypothalamic-pituitary area of the brain before receiving radiation therapy
- People where the child or their parents have said they do not want to participate
