Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have given written consent to participate
• People between 50 and 85 years of age
• People who have been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (some memory or thinking test results outside the normal range, but still able to manage daily activities) or mild dementia (difficulties with both thinking and daily activities)
• People who have had an MRI brain scan within the 6 months before the screening visit
• People for whom a doctor has ordered an amyloid PET scan (a brain imaging test that looks for a specific protein linked to Alzheimer's disease)
• People who are able and willing to follow the study requirements, as determined by the study investigator

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a psychiatric disorder, significant white matter changes in the brain, or signs of a type of dementia caused by blood vessel problems
• People whose vision or hearing is not adequate for completing memory and thinking tests
• People who have previously taken part in a clinical trial for Alzheimer's disease that may have affected certain proteins in the brain
• People currently enrolled in other trials or studies that are not compatible with this study's brain imaging procedures (confirm with trial site)
• People who have metal implants or devices in their body that make MRI scanning unsafe
• Women who could become pregnant must not be pregnant (confirmed by a urine test on the day of imaging) or breastfeeding at the time of screening
