• People with a known history of serious inflammatory bowel disease, long-term diarrhoea, or who have had stomach removal surgery or lap-band (weight loss) surgery.
• People with significant heart or blood vessel disease.
• People with known or suspected cancer spread to the brain, active disease affecting the lining of the brain or spinal cord, or a significant history of seizures.
• People with a history of certain blood or bone marrow conditions (such as myelodysplastic syndrome or acute myeloid leukaemia), or most other prior cancers (confirm with trial site for any exceptions).
• People who have already received certain cancer treatments at the advanced (metastatic castration-resistant) stage of prostate cancer, including chemotherapy, certain targeted radiation therapies, CDK4/6 inhibitors, 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, specific hormone-blocking drugs (such as enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide), PARP inhibitors, or other systemic anti-cancer treatments — though some earlier or limited treatments may be acceptable (confirm with trial site).
• People who have taken part in another clinical trial involving an experimental drug or vaccine within the past 30 days, or within 5 half-lives of that drug, whichever is longer.
