• You are willing to have your embryos tested using a genetic screening process called PGT
• You plan to have an embryo transferred to your womb within 4 months of completing the treatment cycle in this trial
• The male partner or sperm donor providing sperm is under 45 years old, the sperm is collected by ejaculation (including previously frozen partner or donor sperm), and the sperm meets certain quality standards for shape, movement, and count (confirm with trial site)

• You have already had more than 2 IVF cycles that were unsuccessful
