Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men aged 18 or older who are able to give their consent to participate

- People who have been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) or coeliac disease
- People who have previously had bowel (colorectal) cancer
- People who have had surgery to remove all or most of their large bowel (colon)
- People who have a history of a condition called diverticulitis (a serious inflammation of the bowel wall) — note that having diverticular disease without past inflammation may still be permitted (confirm with trial site)
