Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women who are coming in to have a routine screening mammogram.
- Women from any racial, ethnic, or socio-economic background.
- Women who have given written agreement to participate before any study activities begin.

Who may not be able to join:
- Women whose breast findings measure smaller than 0.5 cm or larger than 3.5 cm.
- Women who have a lump or abnormality that can be felt by touch.

- Women whose breast tenderness is significant enough to prevent them from tolerating the light pressure required during the study examinations.

- Women who have more than 3 areas of concern in a single breast.
- Women who are unable to understand or are unwilling to sign a consent form.
- Women under 30 or over 75 years of age.
- Women who are pregnant.
- Women who have had a mastectomy, whether on one or both sides.
- Women who have had a breast biopsy within the past 30 days.
- Women who have a prior history of breast cancer in either breast.
- Women who have previously had radiation treatment to the breast.
- Women who have had any breast surgery within the last 12 months.
