Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (wear and tear of the knee joint) rated at a moderate or higher level of severity on a standard medical scale (Kellgren stage 2 or above), without joint instability when the knee is fully straightened

- People who also have painful osteoarthritis in the opposite knee or in either hip, whether or not those joints have already been replaced
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are under a form of legal protection, guardianship, or supervised care by a court
- People who are currently deprived of their liberty

Primary endpoints
Multimodal medical care osteoarthritis is non inferior (with a threshold of 15% for pain and function) to total knee arthroplasty in symptomatic radiographic knee osteoarthritis.
