Who might be able to join this trial:
- People being seen at one of three specific mental health centres in France (CLIP-Ado Nancy, CH Alpes-Isère, or CHRU Lille) for signs that may suggest a risk of developing psychosis, as assessed using specific clinical tools called the CAARMS scale and/or the SPI-CY scale.
- Adolescents aged between 12 years old and 17 years and 11 months.
- People enrolled in, or covered by, the French social security system.
- People whose first language is French.
- Adolescents who have been given information about the study and have not objected to taking part.
- At least one parent or legal guardian who has been informed about the study and has not objected to the adolescent's participation.
- Adolescents and at least one parent who agree to having the SPI-CY assessment session audio recorded.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant, recently given birth, or currently breastfeeding.
- People who are under court-ordered or government-ordered detention or restriction of freedom.
- People who are currently in a life-threatening emergency situation.
- People whose health or abilities make it very difficult or impossible to take part in the trial or to understand the information provided.
- People who meet the clinical criteria for serious misuse of or dependence on substances (other than cannabis), as defined by the DSM-5 diagnostic guidelines.
