Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with lymphoma, confirmed by tissue testing, and who need systemic treatment including chemotherapy
- People who have 80 minutes available, two days per week, for 20 weeks to attend physical exercise sessions

Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom moderate-to-high intensity exercise has been medically ruled out
- People with other significant health conditions, including long-term or recurring psychiatric illness, intellectual disability, musculoskeletal problems, heart or lung conditions that would interfere with exercise, another cancer diagnosed within the last five years (except certain skin cancers that have been treated and are under control), or any other illness that could be worsened by physical exercise
- People who plan to be away from their city for more than two weeks during the study period
- People who are already meeting the World Health Organization's physical activity recommendations (more than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week, plus strength training two days per week)
- People whose lymphoma treatment involves immunotherapy only, with no other treatment types
- People whose lymphoma has spread to the central nervous system (the brain or spinal cord)
- People with any significant personal or medical history that would limit their ability to fully participate in the study (confirm with trial site)
