Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been newly diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) — a type of blood cancer — confirmed by a tissue biopsy, who have not yet received treatment for it
- People whose tumour cells show high levels of two specific proteins, called MYC and BCL2, as shown by laboratory testing of the biopsy sample

- People whose lymphoma is one of the following specific subtypes: Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma (PCNSL), Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Lymphoma (PMBCL), EBV-positive DLBCL, or High-Grade B-Cell Lymphoma (HGBL)
- People who have a serious condition called Hemophagocytic Syndrome at the time of diagnosis (a condition where the immune system attacks the body's own blood cells)
- People whose lymphoma has spread to the brain or spinal cord
- People who are currently enrolled in another clinical trial, or whose last dose of a study drug from a previous trial was less than 4 weeks ago
- People who have HIV infection
- People who had major surgery within 28 days before the start of the study
- People who had a serious active infection requiring treatment within 14 days before the start of the study
- People who the trial doctor considers unsuitable for participation for any other reason
