Who might be able to join this trial:

• People diagnosed with a specific type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), confirmed by laboratory testing using 2022 medical classification standards
• People whose DLBCL has come back or stopped responding to treatment, and who have already received at least two rounds of treatment for it
• People aged between 18 and 70 years old, of any gender
• People who have at least one measurable area of disease at the time of joining (such as a lymph node larger than 1.0 cm, or a visible skin lesion)
• People with a life expectancy of more than 3 months
• People who have not previously had a transplant as part of their treatment
• People who are relatively well and able to carry out normal daily activities (assessed using a standard medical scale called the ECOG score of 0–1)
• People whose heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs are functioning within acceptable ranges as defined by the trial (confirm specific values with trial site)
• People whose blood cell counts and bone marrow are within acceptable ranges as defined by the trial (confirm specific values with trial site)
• People who are able to understand the study and are willing to sign a written consent form
• People who are capable of having children and are willing to use contraception from the time of joining until the end of the study follow-up period

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously had an autologous stem cell transplant (a transplant using their own stem cells)
• People with HIV infection and/or active hepatitis B or C
• People with an active infection that is not under control
• People with severely reduced liver or kidney function beyond the levels defined by the trial
• People with serious heart disease or severe irregular heartbeat that causes symptoms or affects heart function
• People who currently have another type of cancer that also requires treatment
• People with a current or past history of blood clots in the blood vessels
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People whose immune system is severely suppressed
• People with psychological conditions that would prevent them from participating in the research or signing a consent form
• People who, in the trial team's assessment, are unlikely to complete all required visits and study procedures
