This trial has three separate groups. Criteria differ depending on which group a person may belong to:
PRISm group (a specific lung function pattern):
- People who are older than 40 years of age

Who may not be able to join:
PRISm group:
- People who have also been diagnosed with COPD
- People with severe bone, joint, nerve, or heart conditions
- People who do not wish to take part
COPD group:
- People with severe bone, joint, nerve, or heart conditions
- People who are currently experiencing a COPD flare-up (worsening of symptoms)
- People who do not wish to take part
Healthy individuals group:
- People who have any known long-term health condition
- People who do not wish to take part
