Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You have an advanced, spreading, or inoperable solid tumour (not gallbladder cancer or bile duct cancer) that has continued to grow after at least one previous cancer treatment, and no other proven treatment options are available — or you have breast cancer or stomach/oesophageal cancer that has previously been treated with specific HER2-targeted therapies including trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd)

  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before joining

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have cancer that has spread to the lining around the brain or spinal cord, or have untreated brain tumours
  • You have serious or uncontrolled heart or blood vessel problems
  • You are still experiencing significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment
  • You have an infection that is not under control, or you need intravenous antibiotics, antiviral, or antifungal medicines
  • You have HIV
  • You have an active hepatitis B or C infection
  • You currently have an active COVID-19 infection
  • You have previously had a serious life-threatening allergic reaction to a type of drug similar to the one used in this trial (confirm with trial site)
  • You have a serious medical or mental health condition that would make it difficult to safely receive the treatment
  • Your doctor believes there is any other reason participation would not be safe or suitable for you
  • You have previously been treated with HER2-targeted therapy (applies to one specific group in the trial only — confirm with trial site)
  • You have a recent history of serious injury or major surgery (confirm with trial site for timeframe)
  • You have received cancer treatment or any experimental therapy within approximately the last 4 weeks or more before starting the trial
