- People who have been diagnosed with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis
- People whose doctor has assessed them as suitable to receive vunakizumab as their treatment
- People who are willing and able to communicate with the research team, understand the study requirements, and complete the study as outlined in the protocol
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously been treated with certain biological medicines, including those that target TNF-alpha, IL-17, IL-17 receptors, IL-12/IL-23, or IL-23 (confirm with trial site for the full list of medicines this covers)
- People who have had a severe allergic reaction to vunakizumab or any of its ingredients
- People who have certain serious active health conditions, such as active tuberculosis, active hepatitis, or an active cancer
- Women who are physically able to become pregnant, and men, who are pregnant or who are unable or unwilling to use highly effective contraception throughout the study and for 20 weeks after the last dose of the study medicine
- People whose doctor believes there are any other reasons that would prevent them from safely completing the study
