Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that has been confirmed by laboratory testing and shown to have a protein called CD19 on the cancer cells
- People whose cancer did not respond to a second round of treatment, or whose cancer came back after their first treatment when no curative options (such as a stem cell transplant) are available, or whose cancer returned within one year of having their own stem cells transplanted
- People who have at least one area of cancer that can be measured on a scan, according to standard response guidelines
- People aged between 13 and 75 years old
- People whose kidneys, liver, and heart are functioning at an adequate level, as determined by specific blood and heart tests (confirm with trial site)
- People with blood count results that meet minimum levels for white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets, as determined by specific blood tests (confirm with trial site)
- People who are expected to live for more than 12 weeks

- Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and must be using two effective methods of contraception
- Men must be using two effective methods of contraception
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have lymphoma that is currently active in the brain or spinal cord, detected by imaging or fluid testing
- People who have another active cancer (other than NHL) or who are currently receiving treatment for another cancer
- People with severe lung, heart, liver, kidney, or neurological (brain or nerve) problems, including certain heart conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- People with an active autoimmune disease that requires medication to suppress the immune system
- People who are HIV positive
- People with an active Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C infection
- People with an infection that is not currently under control
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have had a stem cell transplant (using their own or a donor's cells) within 12 weeks before joining the trial
