Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Adults aged 18 or older.
  • People with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, is no longer responding to hormone-lowering treatments, and has high levels of a protein called PSMA on the cancer cells.
  • People whose prostate cancer has been treated with taxane chemotherapy and at least one of the following hormone-blocking medicines: apalutamide, enzalutamide, darolutamide, or abiraterone-prednisone.
  • People who are due to start, have recently started, or have already completed a treatment called 177Lu-PSMA-617 (a type of targeted radiation therapy) on or after 1 November 2023.
  • People who are able to lie still for about one hour during a medical scan.
  • People who live within approximately two hours' drive of Institut Bergonié (a cancer centre in Bordeaux, France).
  • People who have not objected to their medical data being used for research purposes.
