Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be able to read at roughly a 6th grade level, and have enough work or educational history to show no intellectual disability, as judged by the study team.

• You must be willing to have an MRI scan and either a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) or a series of PET scans.
• If you are between 45 and 80 years old, you must have a "study partner" (such as a family member or close friend) who is willing to take part in the study and who can also read at roughly a 6th grade level.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a significant or unstable brain or nervous system condition, such as a history of multiple head injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson's disease.
• People who have a significant or unstable mental health condition.
• People who have had issues with alcohol or drug dependency or abuse within the last 2 years.
• People whose screening scores for anxiety or depression are above a certain level (confirm with trial site).
• People who have a serious ongoing medical condition that the study doctor believes would put them at risk by participating.
• People who cannot have a 3T MRI scan — for example, due to certain implanted medical devices or other reasons that make MRI unsafe or unsuitable for them.
• People who have been diagnosed with most types of cancer in the past 5 years — though some exceptions may apply, such as certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical cancer (confirm with trial site).
