For assisted living facilities:
- The facility must have at least 40 beds and provide memory care services to at least 35% of its residents.
- The facility must have access to hospice services through Lifepath or Suncoast Hospice.
For residents:

Who may not be able to join:
For assisted living facilities:
- The facility is not a licensed assisted living facility in Florida.
- The facility already took part in a previous related clinical trial between 2018 and 2021.
- No staff at the facility are willing to take part in the study.
For residents:
- You are already receiving hospice care.
- You move out of the assisted living facility (for example, to a hospital or nursing home), are admitted to hospice, or pass away before the study's initial data is collected.
For staff members:
- You are not a licensed nurse, administrator, or dementia care coordinator.
- You leave your job before the study's initial data is collected.
For family members:
- You are under 21 years old or do not understand spoken or written English.
- There is already another family member from the same resident participating in the study (only one family member per resident is allowed).
