  • People who have difficulty swallowing tablets, persistent nausea or vomiting, or a digestive condition (such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or short bowel syndrome) that may interfere with the body absorbing the study drug.
  • People who have, or have had, a blood or lymph system cancer, any cancer of lymph tissue, swollen lymph nodes or an enlarged spleen, or any other cancer within the past five years (with some exceptions for certain fully removed or non-spreading skin cancers or cervical or thyroid conditions — confirm with trial site).
  • People who have previously had a blood clot in a vein or artery (such as a deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism), or who are otherwise considered at high risk of developing blood clots.
  • People who have had a herpes virus infection in the past month, have had shingles or herpes simplex infections more than once, have had a widespread herpes infection, or where an active herpes infection cannot be ruled out at the time of screening.
