Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman who has reached the legal adult age in your country and are no older than 45 years old.
- You were still having regular periods before starting chemotherapy (if you received chemotherapy).
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer confirmed by a tissue sample, your cancer responds to hormones (estrogen and/or progesterone), and your cancer is at an early to intermediate stage (Stage I to III).
- You have already completed any surgery and/or radiotherapy needed to treat the cancer in the breast or nearby area.
- You are currently taking medication to suppress your ovaries (a type of hormone treatment), and this treatment is expected to continue for at least 4 months from the start of the study.
- You are generally able to carry out everyday activities with little to no limitation (as assessed by a standard medical activity scale).
- You are able to understand the study information and are willing to sign a written consent form.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a medical condition that means it would not be safe for you to do physical exercise.
- You have certain heart or lung warning signs that would make it unsafe to do a fitness/cardiovascular test (confirm with trial site).
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body, or you have another active cancer.
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have a current problem with alcohol or drug misuse (note: smoking is not included in this restriction).
