Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease by a neurologist, using a specific set of recognised diagnostic guidelines
• People who are in the early or middle stages of Alzheimer's disease, as measured by a standard assessment tool called the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale
• People who have been taking medication for Alzheimer's disease (such as cholinesterase inhibitors or memantine) for at least the past month
• People who are able to walk at least 400 metres within 6 minutes, showing a basic level of physical mobility
• People who are able to read and understand instructions written in Turkish

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a different type of dementia, such as Lewy body dementia or frontotemporal dementia
• People who have been regularly following a structured exercise program within the 6 months before the study begins
• People who have lung, nerve, muscle, joint, or bone conditions that make walking difficult
• People who have an unstable health condition, such as poorly controlled diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or blood clots in the veins
• People who have significant vision or hearing difficulties that make communication hard
• People who have behavioural difficulties that would make taking part in exercise sessions difficult
