Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 3 to 100 years old
- People who have a suspected or confirmed allergy, atopic condition (such as eczema), breathing disorder, or nasal/sinus condition, OR a history of an immune system disorder

- People with any physical or psychological condition that the study doctor believes would make participation unsuitable
- People under 18 years old, people who are pregnant, or people with a history of raised/thickened scar formation — for the optional skin biopsy procedure only
- People under 18 years old, or people who are pregnant — for the optional nasal/sinus polyp biopsy procedure only (people on blood thinners may also be excluded unless those medications have been safely stopped before the procedure)
- People who are pregnant — for the skin prick testing procedure only
- For the optional gut/airway (endoscopic) biopsy procedure only, people who: have poorly controlled asthma or a serious physical health classification (confirm with trial site); have previously had a bad reaction to sedation or general anaesthetic; have low haemoglobin (a measure of red blood cells) or low platelet counts (cells that help blood clot); are pregnant or breastfeeding; have severe low oxygen levels due to a chronic lung condition; have had recent abdominal surgery; are on blood thinners that cannot be paused; or are under 18 years old

Create a repository of clinical, laboratory, and diagnostic data and specimens from a cohort of suspected or confirmed atopic or allergic individuals with diverse disorders seen by allergist-immunologists and rhinologists.
