You are 18 years old or older
You have muscle stiffness or uncontrolled muscle movements in your arm or hand caused by a stroke, brain injury, or spinal cord injury
It has been at least 6 months since your stroke, brain injury, or spinal cord injury occurred
You are currently receiving Botox (or a similar) injections as part of your treatment for muscle stiffness in your arm
