Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have been diagnosed with a type of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) confirmed by a tissue biopsy, including specific subtypes such as PTCL-NOS, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma, or other related subtypes the trial doctor considers eligible
- You have at least one measurable area of disease that is large enough to be tracked — either a swollen lymph node larger than 1.5 cm or a growth in another part of the body larger than 1.0 cm
- You are reasonably able to carry out daily activities (ranging from fully active to needing some assistance, but not completely disabled)
- Your blood counts meet minimum levels, meaning your immune cells, platelets, and red blood cells are at an acceptable level (with slightly relaxed limits if the lymphoma has spread to your bone marrow)
- Your liver, kidneys, and heart are functioning well enough, based on blood tests and a heart scan
Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type called extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma
- You have had a heart attack, unstable chest pain, heart failure, serious irregular heartbeat, or a concerning heart rhythm reading within the past 6 months
- You currently have an active infection that is not under control
- Your blood counts or organ function fall below the minimum required levels at the time of joining
- The lymphoma has spread to your brain or spinal cord
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have received an experimental drug or radiation treatment within the past 4 weeks
- The trial doctor has determined for any other reason that the trial is not appropriate for you (confirm with trial site)
