Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with breast cancer at any stage, including cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
- People who finished a chemotherapy treatment containing taxanes (a type of chemotherapy drug) at least 3 months ago, with no upper time limit on how long ago it was completed.
- People who are currently experiencing nerve pain or numbness caused by chemotherapy (based on their own report of symptoms).

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a pre-existing condition affecting the inner ear or balance system (vestibular dysfunction).
- People with poorly controlled diabetes, indicated by a blood sugar marker (HbA1c) of 8 or higher.
- People who are unable to walk independently, although the use of walking aids or prosthetic limbs is permitted.
- People with significant hearing loss, specifically less than 10% hearing in both ears.
- People whose treating cancer doctor advises against taking part in physical activity due to another medical condition, such as a herniated disc or unstable spread of cancer to the bones.
- People who are currently receiving a therapy that involves physical activity, such as physiotherapy or occupational therapy — though enrolment may be considered once that therapy has finished, if eligibility criteria are still met at that time.
