  • People who have a moderate level of thinking or memory difficulties since their stroke, as measured by a standard cognitive test (a score below 22 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment)
  • People who already had some level of disability before their stroke, as measured by the same disability scale mentioned above (a pre-stroke Modified Rankin Scale score greater than 1)
  • People who are currently taking part in another clinical research study that involves a treatment or intervention
