Who might be able to join this trial:
- Be between 18 and 90 years old
- Have complete MRI scans and medical records available (such as PSA blood test results and cancer grading information)
- Have prostate cancer found through a PSA blood test or imaging scan, or be suspected of having the cancer come back after standard treatment
- Be able to have two specific types of PET scans (called [18F]AlF-PSMA-N5 and [18F]F-DCFPyL) within two weeks of each other
- Be willing to have surgery or a needle biopsy to confirm the diagnosis after the scans, or have already had prostate cancer confirmed by a tissue sample before or after treatment
- Be willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to cooperate with or complete the required examinations
- People who currently have another type of cancer at the same time
- People who have had an allergic reaction to alcohol in the past
- People who have liver or kidney problems that are not working properly
- People who the trial doctors decide are not suitable to participate for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
