Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are an adult (18 or older) who is currently admitted to hospital with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or a similar inflammatory bowel disease.
- You are having a moderate-to-severe flare-up that has not improved with steroid treatment given through a drip, and your gut specialist has decided you need a medicine called infliximab as part of your normal care.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years old.
