  • You are currently struggling with moderate-to-severe alcohol or drug use that your care provider believes would affect your ability to take part or would mean you need a more intensive level of care
  • You are currently receiving, or have received in the past 12 months, a specific type of talk therapy for chronic pain called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP)
  • You have a current health condition, sudden or severe pain, or limited mobility (for example, being unable to walk one city block) that would prevent you from taking part in the physical or activity-based parts of the program (confirm with trial site)
