Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been confirmed by a laboratory test (using tissue or cell samples) to have breast cancer that is estrogen receptor-positive (ER+) and/or progesterone receptor-positive (PgR+).
- People whose breast cancer has tested negative for a protein called HER2, confirmed through standard laboratory testing (including additional tests if initial results are borderline).
- People whose breast cancer has either spread to other parts of the body (advanced or metastatic) and has not yet been treated for that spread, or whose cancer has continued to grow after treatment with a type of drug called CDK4/6 inhibitors.
- People whose original (primary) tumour has been treated following standard medical care.
- People who are able to sign and date a written consent form before joining the trial.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to provide written informed consent.
