  • People who have clotting disorders, a general tendency to bleed, or a low platelet count (below 100,000)
  • People who have a serious infection or significant liver, kidney, or other organ disease
  • People with severely uncontrolled high blood pressure (top number above 200 mmHg or bottom number above 110 mmHg)
  • Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
  • People with another serious illness where life expectancy is estimated at less than 6 months, or other conditions the trial site considers unsuitable for participation
