Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 70 years or older
- People whose overall physical functioning falls within a specific range (called an ECOG score of 0–3, which covers anything from fully active to limited in self-care — confirm with trial site)

- People who have at least one area of cancer that can be measured on a scan
- People who are either unable to tolerate standard chemotherapy (called CHOP regimen) or who do not wish to receive chemotherapy
- People who are able to understand and freely sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer has spread to the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord) at the time of diagnosis
- People with a known HIV infection
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have another cancer that currently requires treatment
- People with an active infection that cannot be controlled
- People with active hepatitis B whose viral levels remain above a certain threshold despite antiviral treatment
- People who are unable to understand the study requirements, follow the study procedures, or sign the consent form
