Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 64 years of age
- People who have been diagnosed with asthma for at least 6 months
- People who live in the city center
- People whose asthma is considered partly or not well controlled, based on a standard asthma control questionnaire score of 20–24 (partial control) or 19 or below (uncontrolled)
- People who have agreed to take part in the study on a voluntary basis
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a long-term health condition in addition to asthma
- People who have been diagnosed with a neurological or psychiatric illness
- People who are unable to understand or speak Turkish, or who have a sensory difficulty that prevents communication
