Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to participate and have given your written agreement (or a legal representative has done so on your behalf) before any screening begins

Who may not be able to join:
- You have joint, bone, or other nerve-related problems affecting your lower leg or foot (separate from your stroke)
- You have a condition affecting your spinal cord that causes muscle stiffness, coordination problems, or involuntary movements
- You have cognitive (thinking or memory) difficulties that would make it hard to complete the study measurements
- You have serious other health conditions (confirm with trial site)
- You have irritated skin or open wounds in the area where an ultrasound scanner would be placed
- You are pregnant
- The muscles in the area where the injection would go have significantly wasted away
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial involving an experimental medicine or medical device
- You are taking, or start taking during the trial, certain medications that can interact with Botulinum toxin — including some antibiotics (such as gentamicin or tobramycin), lithium, certain drugs used in anaesthesia, or drugs that affect how nerves and muscles communicate (confirm specific medicines with trial site)
