Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with chronic atopic dermatitis (also called atopic eczema) for at least 1 year
- Your eczema has not responded well enough to standard skin creams or ointments, or those treatments are not suitable for you for medical reasons
- Your eczema is currently quite active, based on several measures of severity including the area of skin affected, itch levels, and overall disease scores (confirm with trial site)
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, or a man, you must agree to use contraception during the trial
- You are willing and able to attend scheduled visits and follow all study procedures
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously tried a type of medication called a JAK inhibitor for your eczema and it did not work well enough
- You have another active skin disease or skin infection that needs systemic (whole-body) treatment, or that would make it hard to assess your eczema properly
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have a history of other significant major health conditions, apart from atopic dermatitis
- The trial doctor believes, for any reason, that you would not be a suitable candidate for this study

Proportion of subjects achieving at least a 75% reduction in Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI 75) from Baseline; Proportion of subjects achieving Validated Investigator Global Assessment for Atopic Dermatitis (vIGA-AD) of 0 or 1 with at least two grades of reduction from Baseline
