Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are male and between 18 and 85 years old

  • People who have had cancer spread to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord, or who have symptoms suggesting cancer has spread to the brain or central nervous system
  • People experiencing cancer-related pain that cannot be adequately controlled
  • People who have a build-up of fluid around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that is causing symptoms and cannot be controlled
  • People who have another serious ongoing illness or medical condition
  • People who have had, or currently have, a different type of cancer
  • People who have previously had a severe allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in the study drug (SHR-4394)
  • People who have active hepatitis B or active hepatitis C infection
  • People whom the trial doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
