Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are male and between 18 and 85 years old
- People whose general physical health is rated as good to fully active (a score of 0 or 1 on a standard medical scale used to measure daily functioning)
- People who are expected to live for at least 6 months
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of prostate cancer (prostate adenocarcinoma), confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test
- People who have at least one area in the body where the cancer has spread
- People whose cancer has continued to grow or spread despite their most recent treatment
- People who are currently receiving hormone-blocking injections (LHRHa therapy) or who have previously had both testicles surgically removed

- People whose liver, kidneys, and other organs are functioning well enough to meet the trial's requirements
Who may not be able to join:
- People who received any cancer treatment or experimental drug within 4 weeks before the trial treatment is due to start
- People who still have significant side effects (grade 2 or higher on a standard medical scale) from a previous cancer treatment that have not resolved
- People who have had cancer spread to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord, or who have symptoms suggesting cancer has spread to the brain or central nervous system
- People experiencing cancer-related pain that cannot be adequately controlled
- People who have a build-up of fluid around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that is causing symptoms and cannot be controlled
- People who have another serious ongoing illness or medical condition
- People who have had, or currently have, a different type of cancer
- People who have previously had a severe allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in the study drug (SHR-4394)
- People who have active hepatitis B or active hepatitis C infection
- People whom the trial doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
