Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are 18 years of age or older
  • People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (specifically a type called adenocarcinoma, confirmed by tissue testing)
  • People whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic disease), confirmed by imaging taken within the last 56 days before the screening visit

  • People who have cancer that has spread to the liver, either confirmed by biopsy or shown on imaging as spots larger than 1 cm
  • People who have received chemotherapy, certain hormone-blocking drugs (including enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide), or any other experimental cancer treatment within 14 days before the trial starts (or within 5 half-lives of the drug, whichever is the shorter period)
  • People with serious medical, mental health, personal, or logistical circumstances that, in the treating doctor's judgment, could interfere with safely participating in the trial
