Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (specifically a type called adenocarcinoma, confirmed by tissue testing)
- People whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic disease), confirmed by imaging taken within the last 56 days before the screening visit
- (For one part of the trial only) People who have already received at least 2 treatment cycles of PLUVICTO® (lutetium-177)
- (For one part of the trial only) People who have received one prior treatment from a class of drugs called hormone-blocking therapies (ARPI therapy)
- (For one part of the trial only) People who have not previously received chemotherapy for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose most recent prostate biopsy showed a specific type of cancer cell called small cell or neuroendocrine cancer
- People who have cancer that has spread to the liver, either confirmed by biopsy or shown on imaging as spots larger than 1 cm
- People who have received chemotherapy, certain hormone-blocking drugs (including enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide), or any other experimental cancer treatment within 14 days before the trial starts (or within 5 half-lives of the drug, whichever is the shorter period)
- People with serious medical, mental health, personal, or logistical circumstances that, in the treating doctor's judgment, could interfere with safely participating in the trial
