• You must be physically healthy enough to do light exercise.
• Cancer patients with prostate cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, or brain cancer at any stage may be eligible.
• The study mainly looks at pairs of cancer patients and their caregivers, but individual patients or individual caregivers may also participate.
• You must be able to read and understand English well enough to give consent, follow instructions, and complete any forms or questionnaires.
• You must have access to a smartphone or tablet.

Study 3:

• You must be physically healthy enough to do light exercise.
• The patient should have multiple sclerosis.
• You must be able to read and understand English well enough to give consent, follow instructions, and complete any forms or questionnaires.
• You must have access to a smartphone or tablet.

Who may not be able to join:

Study 1:

• You cannot have a pacemaker, metallic implants, or anything else that makes you unable to have an MRI scan.
• You cannot have certain long-term health conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, COPD, cystic fibrosis, cancer, diabetes, sleep apnea, aneurysms, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, essential tremor, or Parkinson's disease.
• You cannot have certain mental health conditions, including psychosis, suicidal thoughts, bipolar disorder, major depression, or substance use disorders.
• You cannot be a caregiver for someone with cancer, a neurological disorder, or any of the conditions listed above.
• You cannot have severe vision or hearing problems, a body mass index (BMI) over 30, or currently be pregnant.
• You cannot be planning to become pregnant during the study period.

Study 2:

• You cannot have chronic lung disease (such as COPD or cystic fibrosis) or an aneurysm, or currently be pregnant.
