Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have moderate to severe psoriasis, with a disease severity score (called PASI) above 10
- You have been receiving a specific type of biologic medication (called an anti-IL-23 therapy) for at least 6 months (this applies to the treatment group)
- While on this medication, you still have at least one area of skin that has not responded to treatment, or you have had at least one flare-up of your psoriasis (this applies to the treatment group)
- You are able to understand and agree to take part in the study by giving informed consent
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not able to understand or agree to take part in the study (i.e., unable to give informed consent)
- Your psoriasis has completely cleared up on your anti-IL-23 medication, with no areas of resistant skin or any flare-ups
